Radio 1 Sessions is a compilation of live recordings by British band Inspiral Carpets, for various shows on BBC Radio 1. It was released on Strange Fruit Records in May 1999. Various tracks on the album had already been released before, but this was the first collection of the band's output for the radio station. The first four tracks were originally released on 12" and CD in 1991 through Strange Fruit (SFPS 072).

The Carpets' second John Peel session was recorded on March 26, 1989, for broadcast on April 5, and captures them plowing through four numbers - "Out of Time" and "Keep the Circle Around" are punchy and powerful, and "Directing Traffic" is already an anthem, swirling psychedelia that haunts long after it's drifted from earshot.

For the album, see Inspiral Carpets (album). Inspiral Carpets are an English rock band formed in Oldham in 1983.
